Return and refund policy

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your shopping experience at our store. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we provide the following return and refund services. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

1. Eligibility for Return
Return window: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
Product condition: The product must be in brand new, unworn (can be tried on but not for resale), unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags and labels retained. All products should be returned in their original packaging or equivalent-quality packaging to ensure integrity during transportation.
Accessories: All accessories included with the product, such as gifts, packaging bags, and dust bags, must be returned together.
Non-returnable items: Underwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories (e.g., earrings) are not eligible for returns unless they have quality defects. Clearance items (marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' on the product page) are generally non-returnable, except as otherwise provided by law.

2. Refund Process
Step 1: Request return authorization
Sign in to your account, go to My Orders, and find the corresponding order.
Click "Submit After-sales Dispute" to submit an after-sales claim.
Step 2: Return the item
Please securely pack the item and clearly label the order number on the outside of the package.
Send the package to the address provided in our email. Please use a trackable shipping service (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your country's registered mail service) and keep the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Step 3: Acceptance and Refund
After receiving a return, our warehouse will conduct a quality inspection (usually taking 3-7 working days).
Once the check is passed, we will start the refund process immediately.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Note that the refund may take 5-15 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment service provider.


3. Refund details
1) Product amount: We will refund the amount you paid for this product.
2) Original shipping fee: If the issue is due to our fault (e.g., wrong shipment or product defects), we will refund the full amount, including the original shipping fee.
3) If the reason is your change of mind (not quality issues): We will refund the product amount. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
4) Refund method: The refund will be automatically credited to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for your order payment.
Please note: A. In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
B.You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
C.C. If the items you ship exceed $75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

4. Exchange
We do not currently offer direct exchange services. If you would like to change the size or color, we recommend:
1.Reorder the desired item.
2.Follow the above steps to return the original item and get a refund.
3. Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchange product may vary.

 

5. The product has quality issues.
Every product undergoes rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Should you receive items with manufacturing defects, significant damage, or major discrepancies from our description (excluding minor issues like size or color variations), please contact us via [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a detailed issue description, and clear photographic or video evidence.
For confirmed defective items or misshandled goods:
1.We will cover all shipping costs for your returned item (using our designated logistics service).
2.We will provide you with a full refund (including shipping) or a free re-delivery of the correct item (if available).

6. Important Notice for International Returns
As we are an export manufacturer, please note the following for international clients:
1)Customs Duties and Import Taxes: If you paid any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon receiving the goods, these charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the amount you paid for the goods and shipping costs.
2)Return Customs Declaration: When returning goods, you may need to complete a customs declaration form. Please declare the item value as the original purchase price and include "RETURNED GOODS" and our RMA number in the package description. This helps prevent double taxation and ensures smooth customs clearance.
3) Non-coverage of costs: We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or penalties arising from returns.
