1.Order processing time
1.1Standard Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time starts when the order is received and payment verification is completed.
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing time may extend to 10-17 working days.

1.2Custom Orders
Custom items (such as embroidery or special sizes) require an additional 7-15 working days for pattern making.
Once a custom order starts production, it cannot be canceled or changed. A 10% deduction will be applied to the pre-sale payment.

4.International Customs Clearance and Tariffs
4.1Importation Liability
KALEKULI's responsibility: We are responsible for ensuring the export of goods in compliance with regulations, providing accurate commercial invoices and customs documents.
Customer's responsibility: The recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country.
Tax estimates: Some countries may estimate and collect import taxes at checkout (e.g. UK, EU, Australia)
4.2 Customs Documents
Each shipment will include: a commercial invoice (specifying product description, quantity, value, and HS code) and a packing list.
4.3 About Tariffs
Your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country/region. KALEKULI does not cover these costs (if applicable), and you are responsible as the customer.
5. Package Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information
All express orders and most standard orders include tracking numbers.
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
The tracking information is usually available within 24-48 hours after shipment.
5.2 Update Tracking
Shipment: The package has been handed over to the carrier.
In transit: The package is being shipped.
Clearing in Zhongguancun: The package is being processed at the destination customs.
Delivery in progress: The package is on its final leg of delivery
Received: The package has been delivered successfully
Please note that due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, order processing may experience delays, and delivery times may be longer than usual. Meanwhile, our operations team is doing its best to expedite this process.
6. Address accuracy requirements
6.1 Address Format
Ensure you provide complete address information:
Full name of recipient (same as ID card)
Street address (including door number, building number, and unit number)
City, State/Province, Postal Code

6.2 Consequences of Address Errors
Returns due to incorrect addresses incur round-trip shipping costs.
Incomplete addresses may cause customs clearance delays
Change the address before shipping. You cannot change it after shipping.

7. Shipping restrictions
7.1 Countries with Embargo
We will not ship to countries with trade restrictions, and the actual trade rules of China at that time shall prevail.
We do not ship to countries and regions under international sanctions.
We deliver to residential or commercial addresses. FedEx and UPS Ground do not serve military APO, FPO, or DPO locations.

8.2Lost Package
If the package is lost during transit, please contact us within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date.
We will initiate an investigation and assist with the claim.
After confirming the loss, you can choose to reship or get a full refund.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Please notify us at the same time, and we will also contact them. However, we do not assume any responsibility or bear any liability for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier. For parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or provide a refund.
Thank you for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the expected delivery date. However, we will always make every effort to deliver on or before the provided delivery date.
We cannot accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling ahead, rescheduling delivery dates, or leaving packages at specific locations. You can contact the carrier directly after receiving the waybill number to make these arrangements.

During holidays like New Year's Day (the first lunar month) and Mid-Autumn Festival, manufacturers typically take a break, resulting in 1-3 days of extended processing time for orders.
Christmas: Order before December 10th to ensure delivery before the holiday
Black Friday/ Cyber Monday: Processing time may be extended to 5-7 business days
Important reminder: To ensure you receive your desired items promptly, plan your shopping in advance.

9.2 Extreme Weather
Extreme weather events such as typhoons and blizzards may cause transportation delays, and we will promptly notify affected orders.
